Springtime brings warmer days, clearer skies and, of course, a favorite festive holiday – St. Patrick’s Day! Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips, the restaurant featuring Chef Ramsay’s take on classic British Street food is celebrating the luck of the Irish with an appropriately green and delicious shake. The Mint Chocolate Shake is a mint custard shake with chocolate sauce, whipped cream, and topped with a chocolate mint, available only in March.
Locals and visitors alike can take advantage of the mild spring weather by dining outdoors, and Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips’ beautiful patio is an ideal location to enjoy the breeze. Its recognizable and eye-catching color scheme is reflective of the Union Jack – blue and red with idyllic views of the ICON Park wheel, making for a fun and unique setting.
The Mint Chocolate shake will be available alongside the restaurant’s signature Biscoff Shake. Whichever you choose, each is a sweet treat and the perfect addition to the famed fish & chips.
Speaking of fish & chips, Gordon Ramsay’s version of this classic British dish is more popular than ever, beloved by fans across the globe including Chef’s toughest critic, his mum!
“Fish & Chips is a really important dish to me, not only is it quintessentially British but it was part of my upbringing. I’ve found a way to elevate that classic dish, dress it up and really modernize the experience,” Chef Gordon Ramsay said. “I’ve had 3 stars in Chelsea for over 2 decades, 2 stars in France, restaurants around the globe – but my mum is most proud of the chippy.”
The restaurant serves other tasty dishes like fried shrimp, lobster, chicken, and his signature “Fishwich” and “Chickenwich” sandwiches on warm naan. Diners can choose from a variety of sauces like Gordon’s Tartar, Curry & Mango, Sriracha Aioli, Southwest Ranch, Dijon Mayonnaise and Cocktail sauce to accompany their meal. Guests can also select from a variety of chips, including a variety of “dirty” chips with toppings such as jalapeno and chorizo.
