A Celebratory Social Gathering
Led by Michel-starred chef Michael Collantes, Nomikai expands on Sushi Saint’s acclaimed raw preparations like salmon aguachile, hamachi truffle potato, traditional sushi rolls and a large format omakase platter. Adding to the foundation of sushi are large plates meant for the table: koji-marinated dry-aged tomahawks, bone-in ribeye, whole branzino, miso king salmon, and lobster noodles. The bespoke cocktail program matches the creativity of the menu and will pull inspiration from Japanese ingredients. It’s a menu designed for sharing, for celebrating, for staying a while.
