Donation Requests

The Wheel is an iconic symbol of Orlando’s breathtaking skyline and as such, we are proud to support our community. We are able to provide attraction tickets to organizations and school groups based on availability. Please review the below details prior to submitting your requests.

• Requests must be emailed to guestservices@iconparkorlando.com
• Requests must be received a minimum of 30 days prior to the event
• Donations are typically limited to local Central Florida organizations and school groups
• Only approved requests will be contacted with instructions. We are unable to contact all submissions due to the high volume of requests received
• A limit of (1) donation will be honored per calendar year per organization
• Requests received by 3rd parties representing an agency seeking donations will be denied
• Tickets are valued for one year from date of issuance, no extensions or replacements can be made
• Requests must include full street address, non-profit ID number, event date, purpose of event and intended purpose of the donation to be considered.
