It is one of several attractions in this new entertainment complex which is conveniently located with lots of free parking. This fascinating and unique museum focuses solely on the structure and function of the skeletal system by hosting more than 40 exhibits displaying a staggering 500 real animal skeletons in their signature action poses.

Each of these animals were donated from a zoo, aquarium or state park and all of the animals passed away naturally. On the more exotic side, the museum takes pride in some of the rare species they have assembled including two Komodo Dragons and a Sumatran rhinoceros.

Some of the museum’s most clever displays include a human in a yoga position and a raccoon that is crashing the garbage. The entire exhibit will surprise and thrill you with its vast collection of animal skeletons. The museum was amazingly able to preserve the remains of these animals, despite their size.

The display ranges from huge elephants to small hummingbirds. They even managed to include the incredibly small bones of a Great Pyrenees dog. Imagine how much work that takes!

One of the most popular exhibits in the museum shows how a turtle is able to fit inside its shell. It is the world’s first ever Transformer!

Visitors will learn to clearly distinguish the differences and similarities between crocodiles and alligators as they are placed side by side. The male and female skeleton is also easy to compare when you can see the bones that make up their bodies.
